388.1855 Needs analysis criteria; qualifications.Sec. 255. The department of lifelong education, advancement, and potential shall determine the needs analysis criteria for students to qualify for the state competitive scholarship program and tuition grant program. To be consistent with federal requirements, the department of lifelong education, advancement, and potential may take student wages into consideration when determining the amount of the award.
