388.1859 Informational campaign for financial aid programs.Sec. 259. The department of lifelong education, advancement, and potential shall continue an aggressive campaign to inform high school students about the financial aid programs offered by this state and the eligibility requirements for participation in those financial aid programs, including free or reduced tuition programs provided by community colleges and universities in this state.
