388.1890 New degree programs.Sec. 290. By March 1 of each year, the Michigan Association of State Universities shall provide a listing of new degree programs for which enrollment information will be reported to HEIDI under sections 241 and 289, as well as a listing of degree programs that institutions of higher education will no longer offer in subsequent academic years, to the house and senate appropriations subcommittees on higher education, the house and senate fiscal agencies, and the state budget director.
