389.18 Regular community college district elections; when held; special propositions. Sec. 18. Regular elections of the community college district shall be held on the same date as the general state elections. At regular elections, in addition to the election of trustees, special propositions may be submitted to the vote of the electors when authorized by the board of trustees. History: 1966, Act 331, Eff.
