390.666 Effective date of act. Sec. 6. This act shall become effective when the school of osteopathic medicine is assigned by the state board of education as prescribed in section 1, and when such affiliation is accepted by the board of control of the established state institution of higher education. The state board of education shall determine the assignment of the school to an established institution of higher education within 90 days of the enactment of this act. History: 1969, Act 162, Imd.
