390.224 Appropriation; disbursement. Sec. 4. The appropriation made by the provisions of this act shall be paid out of the general fund in the state treasury to the treasurer of the board of trustees of Michigan state university at the times and in the amounts as the general accounting laws of the state prescribe, and the disbursing officer shall render his or her accounts to the state treasurer.
