390.1016 Michigan state university; industries and labor relations center. Sec. 16. Recognizing the board of trustees of Michigan state university of agriculture and applied science as having general supervision of Michigan state university and the direction and control of its funds; nevertheless, as a condition of appropriating funds to the university under this act, no portion of such appropriation shall be used to maintain or continue the industries and labor relations center or any center or school of a similar nature.
