390.261 Co-operative agricultural extension work; legislative assent; acceptance of money. Sec. 1. The legislative assent required by section 3 of an act of congress, approved May 8, 1914, being an act entitled 'An act to provide for co-operative agricultural extension work between the agricultural colleges in the several states receiving the benefits of an act of congress approved July 2, 1862, and of acts supplementary thereto, and the United States department of agriculture,' is hereby granted, and the moneys thereby given are accepted under the terms and conditions expressed in the act of congress aforesaid.
