390.312 Highway traffic safety center; accommodations for research, instruction, distribution of information, demonstration programs. Sec. 2. The state board of agriculture may provide suitable accommodations for class and demonstration rooms and such other facilities as may be necessary for research and the study of highway traffic safety problems and for the teaching of courses, the distribution of information and the conducting of demonstration programs relating to highway traffic safety wherever necessary.
