393.366 Transfer of personnel, equipment, and unexpended appropriations; transfer of powers, duties, and functions. Sec. 16. (1) The personnel serving in and the equipment and unexpended appropriations of the office of services to the blind in the department of social services is transferred to the commission. (2) All powers, duties, and functions vested by law in the department of social services relative to the office of services to the blind are transferred to the commission.
