399.274 Balance of fund; maintenance.Sec. 4. After the completion of construction of the monument pursuant to section 4 of the Ronald Wilson Reagan memorial monument fund commission act and payment of all amounts due in connection with the monument, any balance remaining in the monument fund shall be used to maintain the Ronald Wilson Reagan memorial monument.
