4.552 Legislator as party in contested case or other administrative proceeding.Sec. 2. A member of the legislature of this state shall not be made a party in a contested case, as defined in section 3 of the administrative procedures act of 1969, 1969 PA 306, MCL 24.203, or any other administrative proceeding for any act committed by that legislator while performing his or her duty as a legislator.
