4.515 Payment of compensation, mileage and expenses. Sec. 5. The compensation, mileage and expense allowance shall be paid out of appropriations made for the expenses of the legislature, in accordance with the accounting laws of the state and as provided in the joint rules of the senate and house of representatives.
