400.722b Emergency closure of adult foster care facility; notification.Sec. 22b. The community and health systems bureau within the department shall notify the clerk of the city, village, or township and the fire services bureau within the department shall notify the fire chief of an organized fire department of the emergency closure of an adult foster care facility contemporaneously when the summary suspension order is served.
