400.729 Providing foster care to person related to licensee or licensee's spouse. Sec. 29. This act shall not prohibit an adult foster care facility from providing foster care to a person related to the licensee or the licensee's spouse for compensation or otherwise. The related person shall be considered in determining the number of residents being cared for in the facility if the person is provided adult foster care services for compensation.
