400.1118 Appropriation of funds from general fund not required; condition. Sec. 18. The legislature shall not be required to appropriate funds from the general fund for the continued performance of the provisions of this act, if federal funding for coordinating community social and economic programs and other programs and services as designated by the bureau and funded by the community development block grant is eliminated.
