400.109k Compliance of certain community mental health services programs with MCL 330.1204 and 330.1205.Sec. 109k. Effective October 1, 2013, a community mental health services program established by a single charter county that has situated totally within that county a city having a population of at least 500,000 shall comply with sections 204(4) and 205 of the mental health code, 1974 PA 258, MCL 330.1204 and 330.1205, before contracting with the department of community health as a specialty prepaid health plan to provide specialty services and supports.
