400.111l Children participants in WIC program; lead testing required.Sec. 111l. Beginning October 1, 2006, the department and the department of community health shall require that all children participants in the special supplemental food program for women, infants, and children (WIC program) receive lead testing. Federal funds provided for administration of the special supplemental food program for women, infants, and children (WIC program) shall not be used to implement or administer the provisions of this section.
