400.14l Replacement cost of electronic benefits transfer card.Sec. 14l. (1) A recipient shall not be charged for the replacement cost of an electronic benefits transfer card the first time the card is replaced. A recipient is responsible for payment of the actual replacement cost and administrative cost of the electronic benefits transfer card for each subsequent time the card is replaced.
