400.1505 Domestic violence prevention and treatment fund; establishment; administration; criteria and conditions for awarding grants or contracts. Sec. 5. The domestic violence prevention and treatment fund is established within the department. Subject to the approval of the board, the department shall administer the fund for the purposes described in this act and shall establish qualifying criteria for awarding grants or contracts under section 6 and may specify conditions for each grant or contract.
