400.575 Terms of appropriation; specifications. Sec. 5. The terms of the appropriation authorized by this act shall specify: (a) Name, address, and general purpose of the organization. (b) A description of the functions and responsibilities to be performed by the recipient of the appropriation. (c) The effective date and length of the grant.
