408.1110 Administration and enforcement.Sec. 10. The commissioner has the authority to administer and enforce this act, including the authority to establish and enforce the payment of the prevailing wages and fringe benefits at the same rate that prevails on projects of a similar character in the locality under collective agreements or understandings between bona fide organizations of construction mechanics and their employers.
