408.1014k Safety data sheets for hazardous chemicals in workplace; organization; training employees; notice of new or revised sheets.Sec. 14k. (1) An employer who is subject to the standard incorporated by reference in section 14a and to sections 14b to 14l shall organize the safety data sheets for the hazardous chemicals in the workplace in a systematic and consistent manner and shall train employees in locating particular safety data sheets. (2) Not later than 5 working days after receipt of a new or a revised safety data sheet, the employer shall post for a period of 10 working days a notice of the existence of the new or revised sheet and directions for locating the new or revised sheet according to the method used by the employer for organizing safety data sheets.
