408.824 Elevator safety board; membership, rules and fees, continuation. Sec. 24. The membership of the board as now constituted shall continue to serve in accordance with their terms of office and the rules and fees heretofore established in Act No. 360 of the Public Acts of 1965, as amended, being sections 408.364 and 408.365 of the Compiled Laws of 1948, shall remain in full force and effect until the board shall appropriately revise, change or amend them, anything to the contrary herein contained notwithstanding.
