41.350 Operation or maintenance of public improvement; appropriation to pay expenses. Sec. 20. A township that borrows money under section 13 may appropriate and use revenues from a source other than the operation of the public improvement authorized by section 13 to pay expenses of operation or maintenance of the public improvement.
