41.350a Powers conferred by MCL 41.331 to 41.350. Sec. 20a. Sections 1 to 20 constitute a new and independent authority for the exercise of the powers granted in those sections. The powers conferred by sections 1 to 20 are not affected or limited by any other statute, except as expressly provided in those sections.
