41.350e Fixing date for public hearing. Sec. 20e. The township board shall fix a date for a public hearing upon the establishment of a special assessment district authorized by section 20b, the properties to be included in the district, the estimate of the reasonable cost and value of the fire protection afforded annually, and the assessments to be levied against the respective lots within the district.
