41.413b Lighting in residential areas; special assessments; basis. Sec. 3b. Special assessments levied under this act for lighting purposes in township residential areas shall be based on benefit received by the property owner and may be determined on the equivalent front footage basis or may be levied equally on each parcel of property to be assessed.
