41.416c Issuance and sale of bonds in conformity with revised municipal finance act. Sec. 6c. If a township votes in favor of borrowing money and issuing bonds as provided in sections 6 to 6b, the township board of the township may issue and sell the bonds in conformity with the revised municipal finance act, 2001 PA 34, MCL 141.2101 to 141.2821.
