41.418b Use of pesticide for weed control in inland lake; 'pesticide' defined. Sec. 8b. (1) A pesticide shall not be used for weed control in an inland lake except with the consent of, and under the supervision of, the department of natural resources. (2) As used in this section, 'pesticide' means that term as defined in section 8305 of part 83 (pesticide control) of the natural resources and environmental protection act, Act No. 451 of the Public Acts of 1994, being section 324.8305 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.
