41.419 Spraying of trees or shrubs. Sec. 9. A township board may provide for the spraying of trees or shrubs within its jurisdiction for the prevention of Dutch elm disease or other diseases or insect pests destructive to trees or shrubs. The cost of the spraying may be paid from funds created specially for this purpose, money appropriated from other funds of the township, or both. History: Add. 1989, Act 82, Imd. Eff. June 20, 1989
