41.721a 'Record owner' defined. Sec. 1a. As used in this act, 'record owner' means a person, sole proprietorship, partnership, association, firm, corporation, or other legal entity, possessed of the most recent fee title or a land contract vendee's interest in the land as shown by the records of the county register of deeds.
