41.734 Exempt corporations; agreement to pay assessment. Sec. 14. The governing body of any public or private corporation whose lands are exempt by law may, by resolution, agree to pay the special assessments against such lands, and in such case the assessment, including all the installments thereof, shall be a valid claim against such corporation.
