41.273 Bridges, drains, curbing, culverts and additional rights of way; deemed part of improvement. Sec. 3. All bridges, road drains, drainage structures, curbing, culverts and any additional right of way required shall be deemed a necessary part of any proposed improvement and the cost and expenses thereof shall be included in the special assessment roll for such improvement.
