41.808 Rights or obligations safeguarded. Sec. 8. The provisions of this act shall not be construed to impair or affect any special assessment district, or any rights accruing or any obligations thereof, created under the provisions of any act repealed by this act, but the same may be asserted and all the provisions of said repealed acts shall apply as may be necessary to safeguard any such rights or obligations existing thereunder.
