41.57 Township office; events creating vacancy. Sec. 57. Every township office shall become vacant upon the happening of any of the events specified in section 3 of chapter 15 of the Revised Statutes of 1846, being section 201.3 of the Michigan Compiled Laws, as creating a vacancy.
