418.561 Application for self-insurance; agreement as to insolvency.Sec. 561. The application for self-insurance by a private employer shall contain an agreement that in case of insolvency the employer shall make its records available to an agent of the self-insurers' security fund or the private employer group self-insurers security fund, as applicable, to help defend the fund and shall disclose the employer's inability to pay the injured employee.
