§ 42-10a

42.10a Township manager; employment; service; duties. Sec. 10a. If a township has not appointed a township superintendent under section 10, the township board may employ a township manager who shall serve at the pleasure of the township board and perform such duties lawfully delegated to the manager by the township board.
