421.28k Authority of unemployment agency to approve, disapprove, modify, or terminate shared-work plan.Sec. 28k. The decision to approve or disapprove a shared-work plan, to approve or disapprove a modification of a shared-work plan, or to terminate a shared-work plan is at the unemployment agency's discretion.
