421.4a Parking facility; approval of state administrative board. Sec. 4a. The bureau may acquire, purchase, erect, or improve land or buildings, within funds available for that purpose, as it considers necessary for use as a parking facility in Detroit for the state administrative office. No land or buildings shall be acquired, purchased, erected, or improved until the approval of the state administrative board is obtained. Title to the land or buildings shall be in the name of this state. History: Add. 1969, Act 211, Eff. Mar. 20, 1970 ;-- Am. 2002, Act 192, Imd. Eff.
