423.252 Strikes or lockouts; strikebreakers, acceptance of employment prohibited. Sec. 2. No person who customarily and repeatedly offers himself for employment in place of employees involved in a strike or lockout shall take or offer to take the place in employment of employees involved in a strike or lockout.
