423.282 Wilfully disobeying or resisting lawful order of enforcement; contempt; fine. Sec. 12. If an employee organization recognized, pursuant to Act No. 336 of the Public Acts of 1947, as amended, being sections 423.201 to 423.216 of the Michigan Compiled Laws, as the bargaining representative of employees subject to this act, wilfully disobeys a lawful order of enforcement by the circuit court pursuant to section 11, or wilfully encourages or offers resistance to the order, whether by a strike or otherwise, the punishment for each day that the contempt persists may be a fine, fixed at the discretion of the court, in an amount not to exceed $250.00 per day.
