427.304 Documentation of age.Sec. 4. A hotel or bed and breakfast may require that an individual provide documentary evidence confirming the age of an individual renting or leasing a hotel room or bed and breakfast room or documentary evidence of the emancipation of a minor, including a motor vehicle operator's or chauffeur's license, a registration certificate issued by the federal selective service, or other bona fide documentary evidence of the age and identity of the individual or emancipation of the minor.
