429.206 Violation of act; penalty. Sec. 6. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this act shall be punished by a fine of not more than 50 dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail not more than 90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court.
