431.257 Violation of act; penalty. Sec. 7. Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not less than $1,000.00 nor more than $2,000.00, or imprisonment in the county jail for not less than 1 year or in a state prison for not more than 2 years, or both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court.
