432.512 Suspension, revocation, or restriction of license; violation; fines.Sec. 12. (1) The board may suspend, revoke, or restrict the license of a fantasy contest operator that violates this act, a rule promulgated under this act, or an order of the board. (2) The board may impose a civil fine of not more than $20,000.00 for a violation of this act, a rule promulgated under this act, or an order of the board.
