432.13 Reports; monthly and annual; contents. Sec. 13. The commissioner shall make a monthly report to the governor, the state treasurer and the legislature. The monthly report shall include the total lottery revenues, prize disbursements and other expenses for the preceding month. The annual report shall include a full and complete statement of lottery revenues, prize disbursements and other expenses and recommendations for changes in this act as the commissioner deems necessary or desirable.
