432.211 Collection of amounts under credit agreements. Sec. 11. Notwithstanding any applicable statutory provision to the contrary, a licensed owner who extends credit to a wagerer pursuant to this act is authorized to institute a cause of action to collect any amounts due as well as the owner's costs, expenses, and reasonable attorney's fees incurred in collection.
