433.123 Pounds; injury, penalty. Sec. 23. If any person shall wilfully injure any pound maintained by any township, he shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not exceeding 50 dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding 90 days at the discretion of the court.
