433.113 Sale of beasts; notice. Sec. 13. If the sum so found to be due, shall not be forthwith paid, the person who impounded the beasts shall cause them to be sold by auction in the township where they are impounded, first advertising the sale by posting up a notice thereof in 3 public places in the same township, at least 5 days before such sale.
